WC Dress 11 - Cream

This super cute off the shoulder cream dress is sexy without being revealing.  Go ahead and show a little shoulder during your next date night or day out with the girls.  The dress is see-through, but you can easily put a plain neutral tank top or a bandeau under it to cover the top and our fabulous Easy To Love Ruffle Tiered Skirt - Cream for the bottom.  The dress has fun tiered bell sleeves, pockets, and fits more like a midi for the taller girls/women and more like a maxi for the shorter ladies.  This dress would be adorable for teens and women of all ages, plus it would make a super cute dress for family photos or senior pictures.
