Shipping policy

We are based out of Arkansas and currently ONLY ship packages within the United States.  

It is our goal to ship all orders out within 1-2 business days.  If your order must be delayed for any reason, we will either have an alert on our webpage at the time of checkout OR we will notify you via email. 

Please keep in mind that Arkansas is an inclement weather state that is known for tornados, earthquakes, ice storms, and the occasional flooding.  Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather nor can we control when electricity goes out in our area due to those types of unforeseen circumstances, so if you ever do not hear from us or we have not contacted you back in a timely manner, please be cognizant that weather could be preventing that.  We hope this is never an issue, but we do want you to have a heads up that it is always a possibility, so we ask that you please be patient and understanding with us if it does. 

When it comes to major holidays or bad weather, various shipping companies can be bombarded and overwhelmed with trying to meet the demand.  While we will do everything we can to get your packages shipped as quickly as possible on our side, we cannot guarantee how quickly the shipping companies will be able to get it to you.  Again, please practice patience with your shipping company employees as they are trying their best to see to it that you get your packages as quickly (and safely) as possible.
