So Many Tiers Tulle Midi Skirt - Black

Every girl should own a tulle skirt in every color.  This one is perfect because you can be tall or short and it will still look great regardless.  It has an elastic waistband for a more comfortable fit.  Have fun twirling around in this skirt and taking in every moment of life!
