Ice Cream Social Top

This one is for all of my ice cream lovers out there!  This outfit is double the fun, because it is great for an ice cream birthday theme or "what's the scoop" gender reveal, but do you really need a reason to wear your favorite sweet treat? 

The ice cream is fully sequined, so you know you will sparkle wherever you go.  The added bonus is that the tulle sleeves have little pompoms to add to the sweetness! 

This is a one sizer, but I recommend it for sizes 0-6, because it is a t-shirt material and stretches some but not by much and runs really small.
